In a crisis

If you are in danger, please do not wait for us.

In the United States, call or text 988, any hour. Anywhere else, call your local emergency number. Mercy is not an emergency service, and a person in danger deserves someone who can come right now.

Common questions

What people ask most

  • Does Mercy cost anything? No. The daily prayer, every teaching, and Neighbors are free.
  • How do I delete my account? Open the app, tap You, then Delete my account. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. Details are in our privacy policy.
  • Someone posted something harmful. Open the post and tap Report this post. We review every report. You can also email us.
  • A teaching has no play button. Not every teaching has been recorded yet. The full text is always there to read, and audio appears when it is ready.
  • I think a teaching gets something wrong. Tell us. We correct teachings when the evidence says we should, and the fix reaches everyone.
